Our food offering is very important to us. Our way is the fresh way; the seasonal way. We believe in quality and professional cooking, that is why we use only local suppliers. Our butcher is J. T. Morgan's located in Cardiff's indoor market, the fresh fish comes from Channel Fisheries in Pontcanna Street. Our greengrocer is W. R. Bishop's in Tonyrefail and Castell Howell supply us with dry goods.
Our team are all professional, dedicated and skilled (see our chef's profiles). Led by Head Chef, Chris Brown, the team compete against each other to produce high quality dishes and exciting specials. Whether it be a classic Cricketers burger or fresh seared scallops, the same level of care is put into each dish.
The menu changes regularly, with a daily menu plus chalk board specials. Sunday lunch is a big event here and we always recommend reserving a table early! Children are not forgotten about either, with our kitchen team cooking fresh to order for our smaller guests too.
